VidyaSopan is committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our courses and workshops.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in a course or workshop by contacting our support team. The terms for a refund depend on when you submit your cancellation request.

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the course start date: You are eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus any payment gateway processing fees.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the course start date: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Cancellation after the course has started: No refunds will be issued once a course or workshop has commenced.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please email us at vidyasopanedu@gmail.com with your enrollment details and the reason for your request.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval of your refund request. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the purchase (e.g., credit card, bank account via Razorpay).

Please note that any processing fees charged by the payment gateway (Razorpay) are non-refundable.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance of a live session or failure to access online materials does not constitute a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
